Hi Ryan, this is a great article. It is way past time that we started eating what was previously known as food again, that is fresh foods high in fat and protein along with green leafy vegetables, some nuts and seeds, and a little fruit. If we cut out refined carbohydrates, we would probably see a dramatic drop in chronic disease, which is threatening to overwhelm us if we keep going on our current trajectory.
